Duct/Exhaust Cleaning and Decontamination
Inspect the manufacturing area duct work and office duct work at the manufacturing plants. Qualify whether it needs cleaning by a visual inspection or a video inspection. Seeing the inside of any fresh air or exhaust air duct systems or seeing the exterior of these systems by build-up of grease or any contaminant around hatch doors, screens, vents or joints. Clean air is required for the safety of the employees and the quality of the manufactured product.
High Pressure Washing
High Pressure Washing by use of both hot and cold water high pressure washing systems, from 2000 psi up to 10000 psi any contaminant can be removed. This includes paint by graffiti, hardened waste in the manufacturing process and chemicals that need to be removed.
Insulation Removal
Removal of both loose and hard core insulation. This may be necessary to remove mold and animal excrement in order to keep a facility sterile and fresh. Electric or gas powered duct cleaning machines can be used, upon inspection, in order to complete this procedure.
High Level/Elevated Cleaning
Many manufacturing facilities require this procedure though many of the managers here know nothing about it. The interior ceiling surfaces , web truss support and exterior of duct work , light covers and fan blades often get covered with grease , dirt , dust and by products of the manufacturing processes.
